Upon verified payment, Loomix grants you a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive commercial license to use, modify, and deploy the codebase.

• Unlimited Commercial Projects: Build, brand, and launch unlimited production e-commerce stores for yourself and your business entities.
• Client Deliverables Allowed: Agencies and freelancers can build and deliver custom storefronts and backends to clients with 100% white-label freedom.
• Complete Source Code Modification: Full freedom to modify Next.js storefront pages, MedusaJS workflows, Strapi schemas, and Caddy/Docker configurations.
• No Recurring Seat Fees: One-time payment with zero platform fees, zero transaction fees, and zero user seat costs owed to Loomix.

To protect our intellectual property while empowering developers, our license clearly separates business deployment from source code distribution.

• ALLOWED: Running commercial stores, e-commerce apps, multi-vendor marketplaces, and private B2B platforms.
• ALLOWED: Deploying to private VPS, dedicated hardware, AWS, GCP, Hetzner, DigitalOcean, or private Kubernetes clusters.
• PROHIBITED: You may NOT resell, redistribute, sub-license, or share the raw starter kit codebase as a competing template, digital theme, or boilerplate product.
• PROHIBITED: You may NOT upload the raw Loomix codebase to public GitHub/GitLab repositories without password or private organization restrictions.

We deliver genuine GitHub collaborator access, continuous pull capabilities, and instant public component registry integration.

• Automated Collaborator Invitation: Immediately after payment verification, our webhook adds your GitHub username as a Read-Only collaborator to the private Loomix repository.
• Full Git Clone & Access: You have native permission to execute "git clone" over HTTPS or SSH, accessing all project branches, source code, and modules.
• Continuous Upstream Updates via Git Pull: As our engineering team releases performance patches, Strapi security updates, and Medusa fixes, you can merge them directly via "git pull upstream main".
• Tagged GitHub Releases: Every stable production release is packaged as downloadable ZIP/TAR archives with detailed changelogs in GitHub Releases.
• Public Loomix Component Registry: The visual block registry is completely public and keyless, allowing instant synchronization of components into Strapi Admin.

We stand firmly behind our code quality and delivery reliability. Our refund policy provides clear, risk-free conditions for developers.

• Condition A — 24-Hour Non-Delivery: If an automated system error or API outage prevents your GitHub invitation from being issued within 24 hours of payment confirmation, you receive a 100% immediate refund.
• Condition B — 7-Day Technical Incompatibility: If the codebase does not match the documented stack (Next.js 16 + MedusaJS 2.0 + Strapi v5) or fails to build in the specified Docker environment, and our engineers cannot fix it within 7 days, you receive a full refund.
• Condition C — Duplicate Transactions: If a network delay caused multiple payments for the same order, all extra payments are refunded immediately.
• Exceptions: Due to the irreversible nature of digital source code, refunds are not offered for simple "change of mind" after the GitHub invite has been accepted and repository cloned.
